Designed for a dramatically sloping lot, the Eufaula Lake House affords its visitors breath-taking views of the lake from every level and nearly every room. This 4200 square foot structure consists of three levels: an Entry Level with a wrap-around deck, a walk-out Basement and a Loft. The Entry Level houses the master bedroom and bath, two bedrooms and a powder room. Additionally, the open-level living room, kitchen and dining room are all connected on this level. The dining room opens to a screened porch, which leads to the deck. The master bedroom opens to the deck as well. The Basement consists of three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a second living area, which opens to a large covered patio. An additional bedroom and living/sleeping space is located in the Loft, which overlooks living below.
